There definitely could still be major contracts signed. If I were a tier 1 telco I'd want to finalise the deal and get in on Netcomm's leading edge technology before Casa comes in and starts changing things up, especially if there have been ongoing negotiations or a previous successful business relationship. When Netcomm is part of Casa it will have a higher bargaining power since Casa is a larger company and has many other clients that might be interested - therefore potential customers would likely prefer to negotiate with Netcomm just by itself.
