Yes, the question. “Would anyone sign with a company being taken over?”, has been on my mind too. I seriously doubt anyone would. I wouldn’t. Netcomm is in limbo, frozen in uncertainty, and, IMO, the only positive thing that could happen is another bidder.
From what I see, this was a bad time to put the company on the market.
