Agree, it's a reasonably high risk phase and flow rates will define success, given the success case potential however I think the MC is on the light side, should flow rates be in the order of 100 bbl plus, seems highly likely given the targets that the play stacks up. If they are dusters then yes very difficult to recover from. The other thing of interest to me is the deeper Niobrara formation which has produced quite high rates with other nearby producers. Not one for initial focus due to the depth but certainly adds value to the acreage.
