if so it = 3.17, which may bring it down a bit from it's 50c valuaton, perhaps 49c?
pice assumptions were 3.25 for 2007 and 3.18
so we have worst case predictied of $7000/ton
that is still within boundaries/lb (give or take a cent)
so, not too bad at all.
