Development options?

Personally, I think the best that could happen to SOLG and DGR, is for NM to lose control of SOLG..

Note how he is playing tooth and nail to keep control.

What are the chances that other cornerstone shareholders can combine voting power and effectively take control....that scenario is shaping up.

My Fear, and its very real, is that NM intends to roll out the DGR business model on SOLG.

Already there are "Sponsored" companies of SOL

Carnegie Ridge: Owner SOLG / NM.

Green Rock: Owner SOLG / NM

Cruz del Sol: Owner SOLG / NM

Valle Rico: Owner SOLG / NM.

NM refers to SOLG as holding a "Generation" resource, to me that   means it will look after your kids and theirs, maybe theirs also...

It also means to me, that I aint seeing to see "Jack" of it.

Maybe Cascabel gets sold... what happens then with our 12%?

shareholders get a trumpeted few %, the rest gets buried back into developing the "Sponsored" companies.

Thats the DGR business model, and for 14 year term investors who didnt average down.... the return is not been acceptable.

Thats why I have seriously de-weighted my investment in DGR, and at this point, consider a big payout from cascabel sale, or SOLG, an illusion.

Still holding 20% of my investment for exposure to SOLG, and moreso, IRR. that may well be the windfall. 

Sentiment remains, Buy if you havnt got any...but dont get carried away.

If you like the daughter companies.

Buy them directly. Avoid the middle man and have control over your well researched profits.
