I found the article on page 31 and it actually doesnt indicate what that they think the shares are going to come on to the market at. What i think you are alluding to from the article is a stock called Plymouth minerals (PLY) when recently floated a 20 cents and is currently 34 cents.
They said that the PLY has an enterprise value of 6.2M and that KRE will be 6.9M.. i.e (as we know KRE has been over scribed. so the value should be 25.2M less the cash raised from the float 18.2M, gives a inferred value of 6.9M).
So just from those numbers, we should expect a price around the same as PLY??.
Interesting points I noted from the article is that they believe that 'strong demand for KRE stock should ensure a good debt when it lists on May 18'. and that 'speculators should watch NAV if KRE shares rise'.
As we know NAV will still have part ownership in KRE, then that will be a good boast to the underlying value of NAV, which i know that Autosime has spoken about in a previous posting on NAV.
Lastly, in a different article but in the AFR. They talked about goldmans sach's has a buy rating on Lynas. (another rare earth company). As they put it that concerns over the supply of rare earths - chemical components used in a range of technological devices etc as China controls 95% per of rare earth production.
Not long to go now to the float :)
