The problem with distribution agreements is if you are successful the manufacturer will want to set up in their own right. There may be contracts in place but they will annoy you until you give in with a small one off token payment.
It would be better if CDY understood the potential and made an offer to buy it. No good fattening another owners pig before you buy it at a premium,
