Buyers know escrow holders are distributing stock so they will be cagey with their buy orders. At some point the escrow holders distributing will be exhausted OR the stock price will reach a level where they are not prepared to sell. As this level approaches we should see a drop off in volume or the other signal is large cross trades to take out the last remaining escrow holders that want to sell.
