Being a clinical trial setting with a placebo arm there is still a risk the pain scores are lower so the big questions remains that at a already decent mc how will the market react to a 30% reduction in pain or anything lower than expcected .

I’m very confident of great things here but you can’t just look at this as a win fail scenario . There are results in between also
