I wouldn't dismiss the report - there are (3) co-authors and all well respected in the field. They have a 10% US market share assumption within 5-years of launch factored in - hardly conservative given on the number of drugs/companies currently targeting the OA space due to opioid crackdown by the US government, and likely cost of the treatment.
Big difference I see is assumptions around Milestone size and payments. Morgans have ~US$229m and 51 Capital ~US2bn.
