It'a a Morgan's report - and importantly I suspect it is part of the ASX Research Scheme - so not paid for by the company, genuinely independent?Register for ASX reports on their website and you will get access to all scheme reports (~6 brokers and maybe ~100 stocks)
I wouldn't dismiss the report - there are (3) co-authors and all well respected in the field. They have a 10% US market share assumption within 5-years of launch factored in - hardly conservative given on the number of drugs/companies currently targeting the OA space due to opioid crackdown by the US government, and likely cost of the treatment.
Big difference I see is assumptions around Milestone size and payments. Morgans have ~US$229m and 51 Capital ~US2bn.
