re: court rules for sylvania The beauty of it is, the 'first pass' chrome washing pays for the operation (with a bit of profit) ...but then subsequent extraction of the PGM's is all money for jam.
The sums on this are just fantastic.
And the whole thing can be replicated elsewhere.
