23,000 shares at say $1... means you put only $2300 of your money in at 90% lend...

From what you have written i fear you may control 230,000 shares with you putting in $23000 of your money...
Its important that you find out asap...
And as others have suggested take what money you can out of the account asap...

Its voluntry administration, so no decisions should be made at this stage...
