I wish to ask the same question. I guess the answer is on pp. 8-9 of the Bidder's Statement. But I have to say that for me it does not answer the question of what happens if you don't accept the offer. All the points (risks) they list are part and parcel of investing in these types of companies in the first place, so they state nothing new. I think it's fair to ask whether we become shareholders of the new company and that does not seem to be answered in the proposal statement.
