Of course volume on its own doesnt mean much, but look for patterns. There's been a long period of range bound prices, beteeen 0.7c and 0.9c. Now look at the increase in volume over the past few days and the corresponding break out of that range.
This is insider buying, someone knows something and is getting in before the announcement is made public.
