It's been perfect on my farm. Got 5 inches from the big dump, was a week of soft rain. Hardly any run off. The summer has been cool right through. We will grow a much bigger than average sorghum crop. Start harvest in a month. The cotton growers are whinging. It's been too cool, but the crops look pretty good anyway, but not so to the north where they went under water.
The 'big wet' was really more to the north of us. The Liverpool Plains has been lucky.
