    I read this also - I hope Mr Parks is actively seeking alternative offers or even better an upfront bidding war.

    AGL are counting on shareholders being desperate to get out of the stock, but 15 cents is insulting. Expect to hear MOS reply to the offer this week with a sum of parts value above 20 cents.
