I think if this well is a dud then EPR will need CPR.
If BPT are doing the drilling I imagine they will have to pay the full drilling cost and recover the contributions from the farmin partners.
If EPR cant find the funds I suspect a deal will be done to compensate BPT with EPR tenements.
Suspect a lot of negotiation going on on behind the scenes.
One thing for sure though is if Fermat is successful it will be a company maker for EPR.
