Fell Better:Complain About Anything, page-8

Am I allowed to complain about back pain here or do a start a new thread?

Woke up this morning with sharp pain in my lower back, have not had pain like that for a year or so, hurts to walk, can't bend over.

Not sure if I put my back out while in bed, toss and turned a bit or while working in the garden. combination of both.

Have my low back support strap on which helps, as soon as I feel it loosen up will do a few twists and go for a walk
