    I found in those times I did "quit", well for a while lol

    What made it easiest for me was looking back not forward to get through the cravings.

    After that first 24/48 hour period had passed (the impossible stretch lol) i'd just think back when I felt like one.

    > "I went through yesterday I didn't have a cigarette and the day passed on by just fine".

    And also the reminder - that if I gave in and had a cigarette it would all be over in a few minutes and all it would do it is reset the nicotine cravings in my body all over again.

    I also used to smoke "ghosties" I must have looked like a freak lol

    Basically like smoking with nothing in my hand just the hand movement and the breathing lol

    It's actually very calming though
