In "answer" to your post, government spending will (in theory) either maintain spending or increase spending - either way the need for software and services will continue - which is where OKN sits. In fact, most IT watches have predicted steady or slight INCREASES in IT spending despite the current conditions - even IT employment is predicted to fall off less than other sectors.
So not sure where you are coming from.
