SP sure has me beat with the first shipment away and sale...

SP sure has me beat with the first shipment away and sale confirmed with the offtake agreement. surely SP can't be a reflection of past history with this company? why is the SP down - IMO this is a $2/share company given resource and assets and now being a producer but surely commodity prices not the only thing that is keeping the SP down - are they?. Thought SP would be closer to the $1 at this stage - all IMO only so DYOR.
