    Well, it always comes down to risk versus reward. If the downside is compellingly manageable (I'm not saying that's BOL) then, low quality or not, I don't see why a low capital allocation (substantially less than 5%) should always be the default position.

    For instance I now hold MND (though I do class it way above BOL) at about 3% of my portfolio. If the price had dropped to below, say $4, I would quite happily topped up to a to maybe 4% (which means I will have invested a total of about 5%).

    Unfortunately MND shot up by over 10% shortly after I bought. Such is life.
