I think you'll find that IF we've found the bottom of the market almost ALL of the REITS wills survive and the GFC will turn out to be the best thing that ever happened to the investors who managed to pick some of these stocks up at ridiculous prices.

In a way I have to thank these so called 'experts' for the delusional paranoia they've caused thus far. It's made me sh*tloads, but to the detriment of a lot of unsuspecting people. I wonder if these 'experts' were the ones selling to me when the prices hit rock bottom? I hope so.
