Not for a 10 bagger with a 50% CGT reduction. That is good economics whichever way you cut it.
I do think you actually make an excellent point though Mitis. You do have to consider this when investing in any stock.
The problem with ANY of these micro cap explorers is they can defy "logic" for a long long time, and you are right we might not see massive returns for quite some time.
The problem I find (and this is just me, I know there are some that are better at playing the short term game) is that with most of these stocks these days, once they move on the big news it can be extremely rapid, if you are not right there when the pop comes you can miss half of the run by being late to the party.
I guess each to their own. When I see stunning fundamental value like this just sitting there, I like to take the opportunity when it is presented to me.
The window of opportunity to secure a seat may well be here for months more, as you say even until the maiden JORC (the charts don't suggest this) but it may be gone just as quick.
I do think it will take strong results to really catapult this one, however it is starting to make more noise around the market and there are not that many shares floating round. Once the word is out, I can't see this one seriously being sold out in large quantities at this MCap level.
I guess we have to sit back and see what she does.
