Need a crystal ball for this question, could go either way with the BLM, Ken Salazar (Sec of BLM) is a bit of an enviromentalist when it suits him but with Obama's job speech still in the air there may be pressure to get the permits going to get jobs created. It's a bit of a tug of war in Utah at the moment with Matheson(Dem) all about creating jobs, Salazar(Dem) wanting all of America to be one big National Park and Bisop(Rep) wanting resourcs to be developed and Chaffetz(Rep) totally against Salazar. IMO will happen sooner rather than later.
