Thanks for posting that. It is not stated, but does this mean that the Kandahar DOCA will proceed, as it is not clear from the document. I viewed it as saying that if the related creditors had only been allowed to vote on their own, the resolution to adjourn the meeting would have carried, but I am not a lawyer, so if anybody out there has another insight, would welcome your opinion, as I assume we will not hear anything from IDC for a while, if ever, as communication to shareholders has not been top notch.
