November ...-( By, start, complete,  )the context I was wanting to bring was no matter what it is, things will just have to start moving very very quickly.
Company’s still consistent verbiage is 2 x 60 day wells by November., 3 wells by April 20.
I am of mind now , second well (ZAPATO)will not be complete by November.
Again I will put my estimated timelines in relation to the order of things that I think will be happening regarding block 9.
These  are physical operations, in the background of all of these will be the daily ongoing drilling engineering and well planning activities progressing..

1- Official final ratification and approval of the partnership ( equipment is not currently in country , would importation process be working now awaiting the fully anticipated final full green light ? Not sure... )
2-(AGMI )expediting and importation of Rig , subbase, ancillary units, camp  , well testing package...customs clearance - A 2-3 month process...
3- (AGMI) expediting and importation of tangibles , OCTG, ( conductor, casing , liner , tubing ) wellheads for 3 wells plus at least a back up of 1 well of additional equipment... thus I suspect very strongly will be all of Chinese origin and will all be currently held in AGMI global inventory....so no manufacturing required.  Onshore vertical / deviated  Exploration wells are pretty much and such equipment wise...( 2-3 month expediting , delivery and clearing process ( will work in conjunction with point 2)
4-( AGMI) supply base set up for equipment and tangible storage and staging requirement......., will they use existing GWDC infrastructure ?
5- ( AGMI ) Rig audit and potential corrective actions, likely in their supply base.. this can often take up to 2 months if faults are seen, which require corrective actions.. Rig will not come out of port and rig up straight over well site IMO...as it is all their own kit however....I anticipate this will happen a lot quicker... however cannot happen until all released from customs.( if rig up and  audit / acceptance done on well pad, will be a lot quicker)
6- Civils and wellpad preperaration on ALEMEDA, as these are all done to the rig and camp footprint , suspect planning is really advanced but actual operations yet to commence , also access track construction, ( will start as soon point 1 finalised) civils should take no longer than 2 months..and will be working whilst points  2-5 are ongoing...
7- Rig , service units ( logging, wireline, mud , cement units) and camp move to the newly constructed civils well pad on the ALEMEDA prospect, rig up and rig acceptance, move tangibles to well site, conductor, casing, wellhead,.... mud and cement materials... plus drilling equipment,  drill string, Motors, bits,      2 -3 weeks.
    8 - Spud ALEMEDA prospect.

So you can see, a tremendous amount of work must be imminent to get us to the spud point here for the first drill..
after all this we only then move into the Drilling operations.

9- Drill well to TD and log, sidewall core, dependent on success, up to 60 days ( I do not think any actual  testing will be done even if we encounter the mother lode in all 3 well targets )on success,  A full testing programme will happen after the drilling programmes are complete IMO, maybe wrong but usually on a multi well exploration campaign, on a strike at any target, minimal additional work programmes are done  , ( basic data gathering, isolation and depth mapping, logging analysis ) they will know they have hydrocarbons.., in the higher targets if encountered, they will have to isolate these zones behind casing ....( 60 days) in the primary lower target, it will be behind liner which they will run.
Announce drilling / logging operations complete.

Move to stage 2 second drill..

10- Rig down and rig / camp / equipment move to ZAPATO prospect 2 .., rig up at new well pad, well site , rig acceptance, - 4 weeks...( civil preparation same as point 6  will have been happening here whilst drilling on ALEMADA ongoing so all prep work here will be of critical operational path.
11- Spud ZAPATO ...point 9 repeated....( 60 days)

Move to stage 3 Third drill...

12- Dependent  on results of drill 1+ 2 , this is where things may change from what they have advised.
AGMI  committed to 3 wells initially...well number 3 may well be an appraisal well....
I suspect testing will commence on any hydro carbon discoveries on wells 1+ 2 on completion of well 2.
if HCs encountered on well 2, will commence there and then move back to well 1 if HCs also encountered there.
    Scenarios here are then.
A -Successful testing on both wells 1+2  or either well 1 or 2 will determine if an appraisal well be actual well number 3 on either of the first 2 discoveries.
B - If no success or HCs encountered on wells 1+2 , then well number 3 will be the stated PIEDRA prospect.

Just so much to happen here on Block 9.
Even I cannot get my head around all of the potential outcomes or possibilities that could happen.
All I will say with the utmost of confidence is there must be now a truly massive amount of people and resources getting ready to swing into action on all of the above , if we are doing what we say we are going to do, which as investors of Melbana is the reason we are here.
