There is some merit in the trades being investigated. As I think swordfish pointed out here recently, a whole host of $100k orders popped up at about 28.5 cents and higher. Did they know and are they there to hold the price under 32-odd cents?
It would be very suspicious if the share price opens up significantly lower than the t/o valuation IMO.
