I Personally have some doubt this project can get off the ground.
I think the best chance KGD have, is if they cna get the PNG Government to buy into the project. If they were to buy into 30% would provide a nice bit of funding for the project, think they would be able to tie up the rest with debt finance.
Current price is indicating market doubts this will get off ground. Any PNG government involvment, even though would lower KGDs ownership of project, would see MC double instantly IMO.
