Ah well, I still think it is way undervalued.7.5 c vs their own assessed NTA of 35c. Even allowing for a bit of exaggeration you'd think eventually someone will see the value, personally I think they were perhaps just a bit over smart in how they handled this and made it hard for Elders and Gunns to participate but when those guys get their own houses in order you'd have to think they are well aware of the value to be had here.
