I'll have to reread it Goblin but didn't someone ,Vaughan , just up his stake by 200k odd so had to notify the asx as he had reached the 5% level or exceeded it .
Nothing in this announcement that I can see unless He intends lodging a bid .
To the asx it would be nice to be able to read his stinking hand writing .
