I don't believe MVH has any intension of selling the rest of its shares in KSX (13 million). From one of its announcements, correct me if I am wrong, it is more than happy to hold.
Apparently MVH has the cash it requires. The sale purely came down to a necessity to get some cash into the coffers.
Have respect for management of both companies, and feel both will do very well.
Appears now the old MVH, now KSX are dumping into MVH. Silly at these levels, especially at a loss, but everyone to their own.
Lucky those that have the cash to capitalise on it.
