Yep the footage is real. Even on the Nasa website. Although they are saying it is a 'rare' double transit of the moon within 7 hours of each other. As if.
The object has a totally different diameter. It is highly unlikely the moon would be able to alter it's distance from the earth in 7 hours given the moons apogee/perigee cycle is around 2 weeks, not 7 hours (see first link)

This explanation is almost as bad as those two Russians.
