It never ceases to amaze me how people can sit down and hammer out a few paragraphs and then choose to post it to Hot Copper. The blog where your opinion is appreciated but the points don’t count.
Your comments are valid and probably quite accurate as well but all it works to do is act as a further hand brake on sentiment.

James reads all the emails he gets. I cant speak for the other because I have never met them. James to my mind is the man. He would be the best person to direct your concerns to and he might even email you back. Or you can go a few lousy thumbs up from the irrelevant punters...

I encourage all and sundry to air their concerns with management at present.
