He sent 'wateva' HC poster a e-mail saying they were on track to still reach production targets 1 week before they went under-wateva bought more shares, how many other investors recieved that news. Wateva is clearly there in previous HC MON posts, look and you will find.
Also Boundless-ASX Fact MK is being sued by MIN Resources for not properly disclosing information and furthering his own interest. These are very high profile and rich WA Mining identities Fact. The case has just been fast tracked to January 2009.
Imo if TTY, IRL and individual shareholders sue MK is finished for good.
