I agree almost all exploration company directors are over-paid. Any company (exploration companies, biotechs etc) does not generate a profit should only capped at maximum salary $150,000 and $100K of shares in escrows for several years. One director can only sit on maximum 2 companies.
I can live very comfortably with $30,000 per year spending money.
