Yes it looks like a good step forward. Hopefully it will include some payments to BOS initially for use of the technology then a favorable set up later if/when products get launched.
BOS doesn't have to earn much from sales to make a big jump in the SP - just 5 million in profit, easily attainable with just one successful launch - will see this become a 5 bagger.
