Desmin, yes, TAP was never going to happen. The fact they talk to a lot of parties does not mean there is a commensurate amount of interest in farming in. Time will tell but given how long it is taken, I suspect it will be more costly than we think/hope. Hope I'm wrong.
If I could get my money back today I would take it. That doesn't mean I regret investing or that it won't do well but, all things being equal, personally, I would take my money back if I could and go look for something else.
