Just apply the principle of economy of scale to trades. Use 5k+ trades or something and don't go nuts doing heaps of trades.
Banks and brokers do not pay for the small trades like you do so ignore them. You can use a broker that lets you do spreads or maybe their automatied stuff, but I dont bother.
In theory trades are going to get cheaper now there are two markets.
