I think with the Fraser Range you can be 5km to the west or east of nova and not be on that north to south running strip. See AQD they were pretty close but drilled dust and a few lizard droppings. If you look at some VTEM images of Fraser Range you can pretty much see a slightly bowed, low magnetic type ridge that runs north to south. Evidently ORN's eye appears to be on or very close to that ridge, as is nova. Is this why ORN have comparable geology to nova? I'm not sure as Im no geo but it's worth some speculation/discussion.
Hopefully I'm not seeing things, but I reckon that core middle strip is the land to be on.
