    FZO in trading halt pending announcement re capital raising.

    Assume FZO paid Tesserent the $500k due last week.

    The 2 million due in May 2017 presumably being funded by the upcoming capital raising.

    Good sign for Tesserent in that FZO likely to be cashed up and ready to pay the 2 million due in May.
