mightnpower. I have been in several T/O shares- from the time the sale is on until the takeover is complete (or not). These things take months. Noone just writes a check within a few weeks. For a company to even open a data room takes forever, due diligence, non-binding conditional offers, a binding offer maybe- so many things. With due diligence, companies fly to Australia several times. These things are not done in a minute.
It's too early in the game to say it's all gone wrong- the process has just started.
