I was under impression that any new bidder had only this week to raise their hand - seems I was wrong about that. I see the BCI offer closes on 30 September - how long does a potential new bidder have if they wanted to top the BCI offer ? Once the 53% holder of IOH puts in a written acceptance - would that mean the fat lady has sung?
