I posted last year about the total forfeiture could be deemed a punishment,not a trade off for the debt.
The debt is real,so a partial forfeiture is still a possibility,I would have thought.

We all need to see the judgement of the SAT hearing and the decision on the cash calls, in unison,to fully understand where the company stands IMHO.
