    The question I have is (and I'm sure all shareholder do too ) What is the worst case scenario if ASIC sees it as 'dirty deals done dirt cheap"
    Can ASIC have all parties cancel all their share and walk?.... What are we really looking at here.
    Just seems that if your guilty
    then why have the guilty party in the back ground with new directors on board
