You can read a dire story in TND's announcement to ASX of 14th July, shortly after the Gutnick team had been defenestrated.
The new board found TND had, by June 2017, advanced $5.089 million to (guess whom?) - AXIS.
They had asked AXIS for the money to be returned, but had had no reply. TND then became MYL, when it went on to develop mining in Myanmar.
Pentacost implies that TND owes something to Gutnick. What it is he doesn't explain. My view is that Gutnick owes something to TND.
