Even if this Gutnick is doing everything by the letter of the law, you have to admit he's always working on a very fine grey line between legal and not. Even if the loan is legit, it was obviously not made in the interest of shareholders. The ASX/ASIC keep coming back to him because he's dodgy AF.
I'm a share holder and want to get relisted as soon as possible. I want Gutnick to find a whole tonne of diamonds and make us all rich, but I'm not sure why anyone would defend the guy.
