Assumption:  FXJ and NEC  both below fair value. 

Assumption:    FXJ  Shareholders approve the scheme to proceed. 

Assumption:    NEC proceeds with merger, no changes to previous ASX released info .

Which the better option to purchase? 

BTW   currently self  holds FXJ   though not NEC.
