Only you forgot to mention how it completely fails to build in future value, its less then current broker valuations, and theres likely to now be other predators circling with the ruler over this and the other AMI's.

They want to buy for one reason. They see value , plenty of it. And they know how to unlock it quicker then any other project they have on thier books. Other wise they would use the funds to develop there own projects elsewhere.

Lets just hope all the JVP shareholders and directors constantly get reminded of this.
